GUIDELINES Only identified members of staff will have access to the computer finance system. Currently they are:                         Headteacher                         Deputy Headteacher                         School Secretary                         Authorised officers of the LEA in school to assist in training Authorised members of staff have their own passwords which are not to be used by or disclosed to any other party. Only authorised software will be used to prevent computer viruses from being imported.  Whitchurch Primary School is registered under the Data Protection Act 1984/98.
